misty blue/waterfront hotel durban shocking service

this run down hotel is shocking. the aircons don't work. the tv channels are bad. broken glass mirrors near the lifts for over a year; blocked basins. i made a booking for the7th jan 2021 for 3 people for 2 nights the booking tariff included breakfast . for reasons unknown they did not serve breakfast probably because we were the only 3 people staying there at that time. that in itself should have been a warning.... they advised they would credit me for the breakfasts .about r1000 i i have tried unsuccessfully for a month now to get the credit. i have sent no less than 5 emails to misty blue who i believe own the hotel .the owner(vejan) , the ceo (Ernst jan hiltemann and the financial manager(michelle davids ). to date not even the courtesy of a reply. absolute unprofessional service and bad manners to say the least. possibly the group is so bad they cant afford the r1000??? i wouldn't trust making any bookings here..
