DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX.

Absolute ****hole, DO NOT RENT HERE. I was here for a year, the rats and ****roaches are insane once a month I had to fumigate. The parking area is a car s****yard, with crashed cars, cars on bricks, people working on cars causing oil all over etc. From Thursday night to Sunday night at all hours its absolute madness, people screaming, playing music, fighting and wheel spinning, alcohol bottles been thrown everywhere. The children are just left to do what they want unsupervised they play in between the cars, s****ing them and writing on them. The entrance on 10th Ave always floods with rain. I had a leak that was reported by me via email to maintenance Pros, from the unit above me in February by November when I moved out it still wasn't fixed, everyday i had to mop the river in my bathroom from this leak, despite over 30 emails back and forth between me and the maintenance people nothing was ever done, Mike from The maintenance pros was even CC'd on these mails, still nothing was done.. You will not get your full deposit back as around R3300 automatically goes to repainting the unit when you leave, regardless of there being nothing wrong with it, no photos of proof of any damage was given, they just took the deposit and said there were "marks" on the walls. Over the weekends there are shattered glass bottles and vomit in the common areas, even in the children's playground. Best day of my life was leaving this place. The only good thing is the All is Well security guards they are amazing, but they can only do so much. Do not move into this complex, trust me you will regret it.
