Over-Priced Hotel

Pool-side beverages are watered-down. Room service carried on until 6pm, so unless a request is placed to clean room earlier, beds etc remain unmade until evening. Queuing for breakfast. Lifts are dark & dingy. Towels hang in damp showers , therefore don’t dry. A hotel that costs the equivalent R20 000 PER DAY…this is totally unacceptable.
