Awful service, manager was condescending and rude.

The Vue Cape Town has been my worst experience by far. The food was bland and extremely underwhelming and the service was discpicable. We did not even receive salt and pepper and when requested, we only received the condiments after our food was done. We asked to speak to the manager who told us that "this is the best meal on the menu and accused us of complaining without reason". He was rude, belittled us and asked us "what we wanted him to do about it". He had no solution and when asked what the point of having management was he sarcastically rep**** that he was there to "do nothing"

He then got up and left without solution. We are paying a bill that does not deserve to be paid.
