The Vroom Beware!!!
Whatever you do do not trust Eric Sandberg “The Vroom” with your money, very charming at first, the DD1 Fanetec base I bought from him developed a minor issue, he collected it for repair and I never saw it again, went the legal route and received judgement against him, be very very careful when dealing with this individual. Do not pay for anything upfront! After Sales service is non existent!!

09 Apr 2025, 10:13Just an update, even after obtaining a judgement against www.thevroom.co.za "The Vroom" thevroom, Eric Sandberg, there has been no consequence for him, it seems to be business as usual.
I have blacklisted the hardware taken with Fanatec, the person that he sold my hardware to is in for a nasty surprise. (BTW the DD1 Fanatec base that he took was rebranded with Ferrari stickers before being sold).
I am happy to join the class action raised by one of the other reviewers.
Eric, tough days ahead for you little man!!
