The Visa Company South Africa disappoints

The Visa Company was responsible for acquiring a Mongolian Visa from the Mongolian Embassy in London. My passport was returned from London without a Visa and no plausible explanation could be given. On further investigation I found that they had app**** for a Monte***** Visa (Siberia). I have since return from Mongolia 23 January 2019 been struggling to be refunded after I was told by their agent Amie that I would be refunded the full amount. I sent off the relevant documentation that they needed for the refund. The organizers of the expedition manage to get permission for me to pick up a Visa upon arrival at Ulaanbataar. The Visa Company agent did not even know this could be done. The possibility of me missing my flight was very real as this was organized 2 days before my departure.
