The Virtual Edge wants people to do work for them but refuses to pay

as a IT freelancer, i did some IT work for them.

The first retainer was dude and they had an issue to pay it. The payment was late.

After that they had a few scoped work that needed to be done. the 1st one the scope kept changing, and did not want to do work without getting quotes.

We continued on other projects which i went the extra mile to make sure it was 110% and they were happy.

When it came to payment, they refused to pay me. After numerous emails showing them i did the scope of work, they still refuse to pay me.
