Repulsive service from The Virgin Hair Shop!

The WORST experience ever!!!! On the 26th of April 2024 I bought hair from them and to this day I am still waiting!!!! To make matters worse it started with getting blueticked or ignored and then escalated to be blocked on social media platforms when I inquire about my order!💔The saddest thing is that I worked so hard to save the money to buy from them only to be taken for granted like this💔Also, It sucks wanting to support black businesses but they end up ruining their own businesses as soon as they start making money💔
