The Village Bicycle Blouberg- very poor service and food! Stay away

My husband and I thought we would try out the restaurant with a close friend. Firstly we were taken to a dirty table, waited long for food, food arrived without cutlery and crockery. We used old crockery left on table as it was not cleaned. Pizza was awful!!!! We had a bite and sent it back. Asked for the bill and paid. Our biggest issue was not the really bad food and awful service, it was the fact that the manager attacked my husband and I while leaving because we posted a 1 star rating!!!!! (Its our right as consumers to share our experience). This is ********* and absolutely unacceptable! We are traumatised and will advise everyone to stay away from this business! No customer should be attacked and abused like this! Not sure if the owner of this business reads this but please fix your business before it is too late. Your customer is critical to your success! Sincerely a very unhappy customer
