The View Hotel ran away with my money

I made a booking for the 18th March and paid for it on the 14th March, due to Covid-19 and lockdown I had to cancel my graduation celebration as the institution had announced the graduation ceremonies are cancelled due to Covid-19 and requested for my refund. I spoke to a lady by the name of Dorcas. It’s been 5 months and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with no resolution. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
