The View Boutique gate damaged my car but manager said it's my fault.

I was attending a meeting taking place at The View. I got there after 09:00, was at the gate and the lady opened the gate for me to drive in and as I was driving in. The gate closed. The people working there refused to acknowledge that it was their fault. In fact the lady named Cindy said I cannot drive into someone's property and claim it's their fault when the gate closed while I was driving in damaging my car/scratch my car. The fact that they opened the gate for me to drive through and as I was driving in the gate closed and now they claim it's my faults is what makes me emotional. On top of that my car is new with no number plates.
