Terrible Experience with a Pathetic Owner / Management

Do not book at this place ever! Opt for better choices in close proximity like Protea Hotel - Fire & Ice, Coastlands Hotel or 305 Guest House. There were rowdy neighbors playing music & partying till 3.30 in the morning. The facility did not even answer their phone the whole night to complain and in the morning when we did eventually complain (after an altercation with the people next door since we had to resolve the matter ourselves) - both the owner & the manager Andre couldn't be bothered & didn't even apologize - all they had to say was their security guard didn't report anything! Pathetic service - go to a facility that knows how to treat their guests!
