False adverti*****t

We booked a package through the ebucks desk for our honeymoon in Durban from 26-29 Nov. The pictures of the view boutique hotel and spa looked lovely and because we trusted the website we made the booking without hesitation. We caught our flights and got our hired car hassle free but upon our arrival at the view we immediately felt unsafe and the view looked nothing like the pictures in the advert. We immediately left the area and had to book into the Hilton hotel in Durban. We called the ebucks desk and were informed that the view did not want to refund our money. We have had to spend way above what we had budgeted for the trip finding last minute accommodation.<br> We would like a refund of our money paid to the view boutique hotel and spa on the grounds of false adverti*****t.<br> We had every intention of staying there and only changed our mind upon arrival at the view boutique hotel and spa.
