Booked a 3 night promo. Ts & Cs were it’s a “select menu”.

I try order dinner on the first night and the restaurant manager says “I have to eat from the restaurant - can’t order room service and there’s no such thing as a select menu” WHAT?? I then disagree with him over that. He calls back and says I should order over R500 and he’ll deduct R500 from the total “as a favour”

Next day when I’m ordering he tells me that I actually can order room service AND that a select menu actually exists. Management just hadn’t informed him. 5 star? Mmm

It’s clean and the rest of the staff is nice
