Negligence and Inconsiderate behaviour

A branch fell on my head on Saturday 11 December 2022 at The Victorian Secret Restaurant in Benoni at a baby shower event

The Manager is saying that he was standing behind me at the time and that I am lying. He just shrugged it off. He did not have the decency to ask if I was ok and was very quick to "hide" the evidence away behind the chair the Mom to Be was sitting on. So clearly he did not want to face the actual magnitude of the incident

If he had nothing to hide why would he move the "evidence" out of view

I started to experience headaches, nausea and dizziness and my head was also sensitive where the branch fell on my head. I was feeling awful after the incident on Sunday and also Monday

I decided to visit the doctor on Monday and he confirmed I have a concussion

I am not able to drive, perform normal tasks or attend to my work for an entire week due to this incident. He is just brushing it off as a minor incident where this is causing me a loss of income and absence from work

I do have a doctor's confirmation that I do have a concussion

I need pictures of the signs indicating that he is not held liable as he is saying that I chose to sit on that chair and he is not liable

According to law a restaurant needs to make sure to take all precautions to ensure the safety of their clients. I will definitely never take anyone to the restaurant as I would not feel safe to be there due to the negligent and inconsiderate behaviour
