Rude old woman picking a fight with me

On Monday 02 April 2018 the old woman behind the front counter asked me in a challenging manner what I studied. I found it to be a personal question however I politely answered Veterinary Science. The pushed me to find out where I had studied and why I didn't study further. She told me in such a snarky manner that I am using the wrong products on my dogs even though the products were bought ag your shop. She seemed to keep challenging us, especially me saying that she's had to attend seminars so she knows better. The best part was when she said "It's fiiiiine! (Big sarcastic smile) Keep washing him with that and see what happens". Then proceded to tell us about the skin conditions that she thinks he has when the vet has already told us something else. I will rather stick to The Vet Shop in Beavon Bay thank you. Just another point. She swiped my card several times claiming that the signsl is always very bad on the card machine and that I should press the buttons hard. That makes no sense at all.
