Please don't use these people, they show nice pics on the internet and when you get to accommodation it's a dump

My last experience with them 1) they take none refundable deposit 2) knowing South Africas power crisis. Their accommodation does not provide for Power Continuity .... and they expect their customers to walk up flights of stairs in total darkness and to top it off ... with major dirty staircases

They are now not willing to refund my deposit because I had to find alternate accommodation to stay as they expected my family to walk up 7 flights of stairs in total darkness.... not even lights for their reception staff to operate under... their reception staff was in total agreement with my reasons not wanting to stay at their property

And to crown it all, they refused to pay my deposit back ... knowing that South Africa have an extreme loadshedding situation, and we cannot sell accommodation without provision for Power Continuity
