Overbooking

Very disappointed in the service and attitude from management level at The Verandah Bistro, Kenmare. Our function was booked weeks before the date and on arrival they were not prepared for us and we were unable to use the outside area we had booked. We had to wait for them to set up tables for our group and we were squashed into an already over booked place. They forgot to place a meal order for one of our group and we were all nearly finished our meals before her meal eventually arrived. Not at all impressed with the blase' attitude from the owner. Most of our group will not be patronizing The Verandah again and won't be recommending either for functions.
