The Venue Country Hotel ,Hartbee****rt.Worst experience/worst service/worst management

I had the worst experience ever .I checked in my room 65 on 10th November at THE VENUE COUNTRY HOTEL HARTBEE****RT .Went out to Harties for sight seeing when I came back after 2hrs 30mn all my personal belongings as well the room 64 (next door to my room)) were ****** .The Hotel doesnt want to take full responsibility for the incident and for the lack of security. The hotel doesn't want to reimburse our ****** luggage and goods.

I did NOT receive any calls from the management .I will appreciate if my luggage can be reimburse.

SECURITY is very poor.Guests go in and out without being checked .NO CAMERA.POOR MANAGEMENT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AT THAT HOTEL.
