Dishonest business people

I app**** for vehicle finance and since I called from Thursday 12/03/2026 these people has never returned nor informed me about the progress of my application.

The lady answering the phone has said to me on Friday she will come back to me but she never called me back as yet to inform me about whether my application was approved or declined. Today i phoned but the phone was only ringing but no one answered. I have send them an email but no response.
