DISGUSTED!!!

<p>At the VAULT specifically was totally put off after buying a pair of Chuck Taylor, when I got home the one shoe was dirty. I did not check the shoe as I was rushing as it was my lunch time. When I noticed I was not that ****ed off and thought I would just return. I did so and they returned the monies to me. However I bought this using my card which means that the return would take 7-14 working days as per the MANAGER. Well the 14 days is over. I called the VAULT and they advised that it will take up to 20 days which I said that’s ridiculous but ill wait out. They then advised that I should contact my bank and I did. My personal bank advised that no monies has been returned. Today I call and ask the manager about this and shouts at me saying they not a bank and throws the phone down in my ears. I do still await my monies and find this is ridiculous!!!</p>
