Bunch of ******** and no customer satisfaction

I sent a email to them no response. The Vapery Montana is said to have a drive through I decided since I was in a hurry and I knew what I wanted to just pop in through there but I could not go any further as there was a car parked there. So I reversed out and finally found a parking I got out to go in but they said they were closed. Looking at the time is was 15:05 I looked into the shop and saw people there so I went in only to be told they just cashed up and that they closed at 3…. Now if the drive through worked like it’s advertised then happy days but becuase there was a car parked there I could not get my order. And there is no way you can cash up in 5 min. I worked in a vape shop before and when a customer came in we serviced the customer. It’s all about customer experience and satisfaction. The Vapery is super over priced. My mother in law went passed there to go pick up so juice and a disposable vape for me but they over charged by R150! It’s ridiculous I will never ever go here again
