Terrible service and desk received broken

Would not recommend this business to anyone. After waiting from beginning June 2023 I only received the desk in September 2023. Desk was received broken. After going back to Tevin he agreed to pay for the repairs on the desk. On the condition that a bad review be taken down. Payment was never made for the repairs and he has not contacted me since to try fix this. Do not waste your money on a desk from here, you will not be contacted or given updates unless you are following up with them constantly and will only receive excuses. I received 2 waybills with 2 different courier companies and both time the deliveries were cancelled by the courier company. As no one was there when they tried to collect and the second time payment was not made for the shipment. Both times I was not informed of this and only when I checked the tracking for the shipment I saw they had to be cancelled, after which Tevin blamed the courier companies. Desk is made from bad quality wood and is chipped all along the insides of the drawers. Very dissapointing and frustrating experience all around.
