After ordering from The Valley Restaurant and Grill, the order took more than 1 hour to prepare. When calling, it took about 4 phone calls to get through to them. Wen it was discovered that the order had been collected by an Uber driver, the onus was supposedly on us to make sure the food arrived by some miracle. They then suggested that we order the food again, pay them and come collect it??? ***, bad experience all round. It seems we have to shout and scream to get SOME service
