Whether you indicate you unemployed 2 years ago they just keep on hounding.
<p>2 years back I became unemployd phoned all my creditors and explain the situation. They kept on requeting all sorts of documentation but nothing satisfied them, Fighting a contract with a lot of technical contraventions they just dont back down. Today after all this time they offered me a bail out plan after letting me go in arrears for 2 years, why I ask no answer is given just that I signed the contract out of my own free will. So I think this is how they trick people in getting into arrear by not being honest is the least I will have to say. I have never been spoken to by someone so rude in e-mail conversations I will forward to the Directorate but this person will never be in a frontline position like this in any orginisation.</p>

You have signed a 10 year contract and took up finance to buy your vacation week in 2012. You informed us you were unemployed in 2016. We merely requested documentation to back this up, as anyone can state they are unemployed to try and get out of their credit commitments. Every known financial institution will request supporting documents when you claim you are unemployed.
I can assure you, there were no rudeness in the correspondence from our offices to you, only facts were stated. We have not offered you a bail out plan. We are willing to negotiate and assist you, if you will give your full co-operation.
