Lies! Lies!

I contacted TVG and requested a cancellation of this contract in 2014 within 2 months of purchasing it as this was unaffordable for me as a single mother and as I was busy getting a divorce. Debbie at accounts informed me that I needed to pay the full Deposit in order for me to cancel the contract. I then arranged for monthly payments. Now in 2016 I am unable to get TVG to hold up the agreement of cancelling the contract. I have requested written confirmation which they refuse to do. I have paid thousands of rands and still I am unable to contact any of the Mangers or Directors to discuss this or to get them to cancel the contract as agreed.<br> <br> I have done some research and apparently most Timeshares is just a **** to de***** people as people are being misled by false information.
