if you want a vacation - dont use TVG vacation club

<p>I have entered into a contract with TVG in 2011, where i paid to have 1 week every year holiday of my choice in off peak periods. every year i have paid my membership fees diligently because you get a very threatening sms from them that if you have not paid your membership fees you would not be able to book your holiday in the next year. i have lost my holiday period in 2011 & 2012 because of the fact that they could never supply me with the holiday that i wanted but they always had these very suspect holiday resorts that they offer you. I didnt pay a huge once off fee and a yearly membership fee to get allocated the ****piest resorts on your books. it never matterd how long before the time i even tried to book, either the bookings was not open yet or there just was no available resorts?? i mean ***, i paid for holiday that i just never got. now i am told new management has taken over from 2016 and they can not honor what happend in the past, so that is just it - you loose your 2 holidays and your fees for 2 years which is close to R9000-00 if not more. so now my question is, is my contract with the new management or are my contract with TVG holiday resort? i have even now requested for a place and they could not assist me with what i was looking for. we gave them 3 options and they could not even cover one??</p> <p>so please if anybody contact you about TVG vacation club - believe me they will be selling you lies and suger coat them for you to believe. and to no surprice too me the contract you sign is so one sided, you are in trouble if you dont pay and you are in trouble if you dont pay -that is the basis of the contract - never if they cannot supply you with a holiday like they promise when they sweet coat you the deal just for you to buy the contract - i will never recommend this to any one - please people keep your eyes open!!</p>
