I am being denied use of Points I paid levies for

I have a ten year Timeshare contract with TVGC which I am still paying for. for 2012-15I have not been able to use the points allocated for each year, either due to non-availability of accommodation in the areas I requested or being told I am behind with annual levies ( additional ) to the timeshare price.<br> in December 2015 I made a request for reservation. I was given a list of five accommodations to choose from in the Garden route. I asked for a Cape town accommodation. I was not responded to until my interface with the collections department on 19/02/2016. <br> Kirsten Kotze informed me that TVGC is under new management and wanted to get a commitment for payment of outstanding 2015 &amp; 16 levies. I informed her that I will only manage a large payment in July but can increase my monthly payments for the debt. I inquired with her about my reservation for 18-25 March 2016 as I needed confirmation. She confirmed the request, but is refusing to honour because 2015 levies are outstanding and 2013 points are forfeited. Levies for those years are paid for and that reservation could have used my 2013 points and 2015 levies were not an issue when I made the request. this is unfair treatment
