Guests treated like ********* at Pta Urology Hospi

This is a private hospital treating patients with sensitive needs. I mean....it's a Urology hospital. Patients are not used to strangers looking at and working with their private parts and feel traumatised and embarrassed by it. One would think in this day and age a \world class hospital"would understand it and be sensitive to family members assisting their loved ones. NOT AT PTA UROLOGY HOSPITAL. They actually have bouncers at the ward doors treating visitors like *********. Every time I visit my dad it feels like I am visiting a prisoner. What's up with that? Take your top dollar paying patients' needs into consideration and lay off with the bouncers. We are all aware of security issues but direct it where needed. Not visitors. The majority of the nursing staff also look at you like you're a ******** not even greeting visitors never mind even smiling. WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE EVER. If you can"
