Bad service from Upholstery Guru

Very bad service we received, they did 11 chairs for me and the stitches was not even straight. We sent it back. They took my new sleeper couch for measurements to make a cover and when the couch came back it doesn't close and it was damaged and i sent it back. They brought the couch back when I was not there and I am still having a problem to close it and the damage on the couch is not sorted out and one of the sleeper couch is missing a leg. One of the chairs that they covered, the back rest broke while my daughter was sitting and having her lunch. All my stuff was in good order when we sent them to Upholstery Guru and now Chene doesn't care because she received her money. Please don't send your stuff to them. I am trying to contact her but it seems she either changed her number or she blocked me. I have pictures and all the messages. How do they work, I don't think that anyone checks the workmanship on the stuff before it sent out. I don't recommend them to anyone.
