I submitted a claim in Friday but till today no feedback nothing. The service is bad that you are only assisted once you leave review on hellopeter. So it means my car will be fixed not anytime soon. Unlimited is bad

So since I have sent everything how long does it take for claim to be finalised ? Do I still need to write on hellopeter for it to be finalised
