Worst service ever

I am disappointed with the unlimited. I still await some kind of a response from the company. I explained my availability but to date , there has been no communication from them. This company has been sold me lies. Took money from me selling that they would fix debts on my car but when they have to do their part they pull back n fail to even reply to mh emails. Is my claim accepted or denied , I am uncertain. I feel this is a bogus company and they just out to take my money for nothing.
