Worst service

i was phoned by this guy and wanted me to join we agreed to join and he made join the warantee insurance. i did not want that and i saw a authentication from the app i called to cancel everything and now they deducted R264.00 i want my money back because they made me to join. i am on the phone now to enquire to cancel and refund. i have handed over to cancelleations and 25 minutes listening to a Radio with my airtime. and i want my refund.
