Worst policy ever

It was the worst experience ever. My mom took a policy over the phone with them. When she called after my father's passing, the response from the consultant was that she has no policy with them, we asked why it is they keep debiting from her account but no response was given. They debited again at the end of July, so we asked for the recordings of calls she had with their consultants, those were sent and confirmed that she had a policy and my father was covered. When we asked why we were told otherwise, we got no response. Truly the worst policy ever.
