(R2000 p/day) Our son was in hospital for 7 days, broke both his wrist in bike accident- Called the consultant, was told we can not claim as our premium was returned because The Unlimited put the debit order through on wrong date. We were told to make a manual payment the next day so we will be covered and we could claim. I had to pay R520 for medical reports they wanted. I had to call them to find out about my claim. They said they short medical reports but the next day we were called to say that the claim was rejected because the accident was not on n national road, it was on the field - off road bike. My son (16) does not have licence and then we were also told by one of the managers that that they can not explain us the T&C's when they call as it will take to long. We never received any T&C's EVER. I think they are dishonest, all they can say is \We are sorry for your bad experience"Cover is for in hospital due to accident.
