Worst and most ********* customer service.

I was signed up for something I didn't asked for. Been paying this since March 2017, because no one gets back to me regarding the cancellation and refund or anything. Sent me a call recording where NOTHING of "Yes I want it", or a simple "Yes" or anything is said. I want someone to actually put some attention to this, and I want a refund for all these "premiums" paid. I did not agree to having this SH*T!!!
