Will **** you out of your money!!

This is the most disgusting company in terms of service and they WILL cheat you out of your money! It took four months for me just to receive my membership card and welcome pack! Then I had an emergency root canal done (which according to the procedures covered on the website this was covered) but when I went to claim (I had to pay cash as the dentist on their network has never heard of them) a lady told me they would not cover it (this is also after a man named Fred had called me after my first complaint and said I would be reimbursed for what I had spent). I am even more appalled that when I asked why I would not get my money back, the lady hung up after she could not give me an explanation! Do not join with this company! Their consultants Melissa and Joe that signed me up sold me the complete opposite of what they are doing now! I am most definitely reporting them to the ombudsman! I demand my premiums back from them as they have not done a single thing but ***** my money! On top of that they said they would not cover my doctors visit as the doctor is not on their network but when I signed up I was told it's as easy as them registering my doctor on their system! All *****!
