Why is the mandate still active
Can someone explain why I have a charge of R196.00 for a failed debit order for a policy that is canceled, you guys are going to be the death of me, I swear, how do I go about escalating this even further because doesn't seem like anyone is competent in this company, why do I still have an active mendate on my account!!

I want a refund and compensation for all the inconvenience caused, now you cannot lie and say you not going to debit and than do it, R196 for a missed debit and R243 that you ****mers stole from my account.I want it back now!!!
