Who is hiring & training your staff

I receive a random cold call on my work line. the caller doesn't know who I am or the company he has called. Doesn't give his name. I explain that I am not interested and to please remove the number from the database as this is my work number, he simply asks if he can speak to someone else in my office. Im half way through saying that this is not a personal call when he just hangs up.<br> <br> shocking level of service and attitude.
