When it sounds too good to be true
I was approached by the friendliest salesperson alive and I told her that what she was selling me sounds too good to be true. She managed to convince me and I gave it a go. The debit orders went through and I honored my part of the agreement.
On 16 November 2015 I decided to put them to the test and to get my vehicle repaired. At some stage I received an e-mail explaining what I should do to get the my claim processed. The mail contained the following line: \We will provide feedback in 48 working hours after receiving all..."I sent everything on 16 Nov at 16:00. on 19 Nov I followed up as I heard nothing. The consultant ignored my e-mail again. I called the call center and I was assured that I will receive feedback from the consultant. I am still waiting for feedback. The number does not work as \""the network is congested\"". I feel that I wasted my time to get quotations and to correspond with the company who contacted me to get my money and who is now not that eager to honor their agreement.
IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS. I still hope I am wrong as I will miss the money I lost due to my own stupidity."""
