What they promise is not what you get

This is the worse company. They are a real ******* and their customer service is non existent. I had a scratch and dents policy with them. I never claimed had it for two years plus. The day I claimed, they rejected the interior claim saying the tear on the seat is more than 50cm. Then for the scratches and dents they only wanted to pay up to R4000 and said I must pay what ever is extra. I sent a complaint, nobody even got back to me. Everytime you speak to a consultant they promise to get back to you, but that never happens, I had to phone back numerous times. Even when I phoned to cancel the policy they tried to convince me to stay and said they will try to accommodate me, but two days went by with no return call. So I phoned again and said I just want to cancel the policy, even though I paid for nothing for all those years. So this was really misleading as you don't get the services they promise at all.
