We're bringing our dead Uncle to your Offices

There was a certain Green Company where a family of the deceased took the corpse to the offices, I foresee the same thing happening to The Unlimited. The total disregard for the bereaved and the grieving families, clearly you haven't studied and researched the black community way of funerals. Ever since we submitted a claim todate we have no feedback. Let's say we were waiting for the funeral payout money to bury our loved one, it would have been three weeks to date waiting for The Unlimited Claim to be paid out. I wonder how you are still holding a FSP Licence. This is a Disgrace. Tell us if the claim is approved or rejected simple, so we can move on!

Hi Unlimited, not only do you guys have communications issues but you also have administration issues, I am not sure as to why we're being send the Claim Forms all over again which we've received a while back and completed and sent back with all the required supporting documents. To my knowledge the Accidental Death Claim of my uncle is sitting with the Underwriting Department which is the last stage as I was told by the lady I spoke to almost two weeks back. Please get your act together and stop toying with people's feelings, this is a rather serious matter. You will only understand and relate if one of your own passes and you're treated this way by the insurer you trusted; I don't really expect you to understand.

Hi Frans,

Please know that we contacted Julia today and advised her that her claim has been approved and paid out. The funds will reflect in her bank account in 24-48 hours. You may both ignore the claim forms that we sent you yesterday. We sincerely apologise for the error.
