Waste of money!

Last year I was contacted to take out this policy. i was told Dentistry was covered for R2000 to go to ANY dentist, last week I toom my daughter to a dentist, the dentist refused to help as they dont work with Easimed, I was then told to go to a Medicross clinic which i did only to be told the same, all this up and down with no luck and my daughter (6 years old) was suffering of toothache while you people waste my money! My premiums are R569.99 per month! I signed for R499.00 per month, premiums were increased without notice! I also went to a dr with my son a while back and the medication was not covered either, which was promised as well in the contract - R15000 medicine benefit, I had to borrow money, how embarrassing! I am extremely frustrated, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE! I DONT WANT AN EXPLAINATION OR PHONE CALL, I have wasted enough time and money! Cancel TODAY! POLICY NUMBER EMC***
