Waiting weeks for any kind of assistance with a claim

<p>I am trying for over a month now to book my car in to have some dents repaired. I eventually got the direct details of the company looking after the claims. Contacted them and I am still waiting for them to return my call from more than 3 weeks ago. I could not get through to the landline @ CMC so entered the claim via their web interface and no contact till today. I tried to contact the agent from The Unlimited group to escalate and I am still waiting to hear back from her. Rather dissapointing service for a loyal customer of years. </p>
