Very very verrrrryyyyy pathetic Unlimited
My airtime would've been loaded 2 days ago. Get an email today from the useless Unlimited,my query has been escalated to the the correct department. My query will be resolved within 48hours. What the ****. Another 48thours. Coming the 28th of January 2025 I still would not have received my airtime I paid for on 20 December 2024. Useless, useless, useless,****ing useless.

31 Dec 2024, 10:42I sent them an e-mail, I'm blocked by the company that must deliver a service. I phone them and Suzan tells me they uploaded my airtime,but I'm in possession of the phone and SIM that must have the airtime. Guess what! Nothing,NASA,nought. They have passed the stage of useless. No hope
