Very disappointed client.

Where should one start? First, The unlimited sell the package to you and promise that they are a company of their word and honor, they just ask a small amount each month but once you get admitted into hospital and need to claim there are many forms required which is more than understandable but also is a large amount (cash) required just to get copies of the required forms from the doctors. One is told on the forms to only send forms via postal office that cost me a lot of money to post all of the documents just so that one can be kept on a line and later be denied with a lot of lame excuses why the claim will not be paid out. One of their false promises is that your claim will be paid out within 24 hours which is such a lie aswell you will have to call and call and call for days and most of the staff does not know what to answer to your questions. My personal opinion is that it is very easy to convey promises and false information to clients but once the promise is met then it can not be done and yet it is easy they get their monthly payment without any excuses but unfortunately can not be said from their service. I will personally not recommend anyone to use The Unlimited because it's just another money-making story. When something sounds too good to be true, it is usually the case.

Try to stay away from the unlimited as far as possible, except if you want to be disappointed you are more than welcome to accept their packages because you will be disappointed.
