Uselessness of the Unlimited
They have still not resolved my enquiry with them. They are so useless.

30 Aug 2021, 10:27So again YET ANOTHER PREMIUM WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT THIS MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANCELLED IN MAY ALREADY. TOTAL USELESSNESS. THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST ME WITH A CLAIM BUT ARE STILL TAKING MY PREMIUMS. HOW DO I GET THIS TO STOP.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM MOST UNHAPPY.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. We’ve checked on our records and we found that your cover was cancelled on the 27/07/2021. Due to a system error, your policy was reactivated and that is why your debit order for this month went off as usual. We’d like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and we can assure you that our team will be investigating this issue further. In the meantime, we’ve gone ahead and cancelled your policy once again and we’ll be processing you a refund of the premium which we collected this past week. The funds will take 24-48 hours to reflect in your bank account. Kindly note that we also attempted to get in touch with you regarding your claim and unfortunately, we failed to get ahold of you.
