Useless service providers

This must be the worst service provider ever put on the face of this earth. My advise to all current members is to cancel all kinds of policies with the unlimited. Their requirements and policies chamge every now and then without informing clients all in a way not to pay out or process claims. Consultants are *********** and all they know how to do is mess around with people and make us stupid. Im fedup. Can someone pls sort this out
