Useless Service
Good Day...
I have been trying to cancel my policy with The Unlimted Auto Elite for more than 6 months now.
I have send numerous emails to ********** to cancel my policy because of my unemployment status and their replies are useless... they cant even locate my membership with an email adress, ID number AND telephone number given...
Debit orders keep going off on my account and returns back because insufficient funds in my account (obviously because i am unemployed) these returning debit orders causes bank charges on my account for every time they try do debit the payment. On many occasions i have asked to cancel the policy and stop the debit order.
So who will be liable for all the Unlimted returned debit orders charges on my bank account, since i have cancelled this policy in february 2018.
I have not even made use of these services since i have joined the policy.
