Unwillingly Claim assistance

This Company still deducts premiums till this day and never finalised my claim. They are not at all in any way commited to pay out legitimate claims. I was in a mayor accident and gave them all the hospital records 3 times now since 2020. What a shame, you guys are not only selfish but a bad example and i wish to cancell my policy with immediate effect. I paid you guys not missing even one premium from 2013 totalling môre than 30k up to now and you can't even resolve a simple and legitimate 10 day hospital claim! Bad business
